<P>德國(guó)舍弗勒集團(tuán)(INA)<P><BR>滾針軸承<BR>&nbsp; 滾針軸承是帶圓柱滾子的滾子軸承,相對(duì)其直徑,滾子既細(xì)又長(zhǎng)。這種滾子稱為滾針。盡管具有較小的<P>截面,軸承仍具有較高的負(fù)荷承受能力,因此,特別適用于徑向空間受限制的場(chǎng)合。<BR>滾針輪廓面在近端面處稍微收縮。滾針和滾道線接觸修正的結(jié)果可避免產(chǎn)生有破壞性的邊緣應(yīng)力。<BR>除了型錄所列,可用于一般工程的軸承,如:敞開式?jīng)_壓外圈滾針軸承(1)、封閉式?jīng)_壓外圈滾針軸承<P>(2)、具內(nèi)圈滾針軸承(3)和不具內(nèi)圈滾針軸承(4)外,SKF還可供應(yīng)各種類型的滾針軸承,有:1、<P>滾針保持架組件2、無(wú)擋邊滾針軸承3、自調(diào)心滾針軸承4、組合滾針/球軸承5、組合滾針/推力球軸承6、<P>組合滾針/圓柱滾子推力軸承 <BR>沖壓外圈滾針軸承<BR>&nbsp; 沖壓外圈滾針軸承為具薄型沖壓成型外圈的滾針軸承。其主要特點(diǎn)是截面高度很低而承受負(fù)荷能力較高<P>。主要用于結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、價(jià)格便宜且軸承箱內(nèi)孔不能作為滾針保持架組件滾道的軸承配置。軸承與軸承箱須<P>以干涉配合方式安裝。若可省去箱肩、止動(dòng)圈等軸向定位功能,那么,軸承箱內(nèi)孔可做得極簡(jiǎn)單及經(jīng)濟(jì)。<BR>裝在軸端的沖壓外圈滾針軸承有雙側(cè)敞開式(1)和單側(cè)封閉式(2)。封閉沖壓外圈的基端面可以承受不<P>大的軸向引導(dǎo)力。<BR>沖壓外圈滾針軸承一般不附內(nèi)圈。在軸頸無(wú)法淬硬和研磨的場(chǎng)合,可以采用表中所列內(nèi)圈。<BR>沖壓外圈滾針軸承的淬硬鋼板外圈與滾針保持架組件不可分離。儲(chǔ)存潤(rùn)滑劑的自由空間可以延長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)充潤(rùn)滑<P>間隔期。軸承一般采用單列設(shè)計(jì)。但較寬規(guī)格的軸承1522,1622,2030,2538和3038等系列除外,它<P>們裝有二個(gè)滾針保持架組件。軸承外圈有潤(rùn)滑油孔。根據(jù)用戶需要,軸直徑大于或等于7mm的所有單列<P>沖壓外圈滾針軸承都可配備帶潤(rùn)滑油孔的外圈(代號(hào)后綴AS1)。<BR>具油封沖壓外圈滾針軸承<BR>&nbsp; 在由于空間限制無(wú)法安裝油封之場(chǎng)合,可提供敞開端或封閉端具油封沖壓外圈滾針軸承(3至5)。這類<P>軸承裝備聚氨酯或合成橡膠的摩擦式油封,其中充填具有良好防銹性能的鋰基滑脂,適用運(yùn)行溫度-20至<P>+100℃。<BR>&nbsp;
