<P>德國舍弗勒集團(INA)<P><BR>滾針軸承<BR>&nbsp; 滾針軸承是帶圓柱滾子的滾子軸承,相對其直徑,滾子既細又長。這種滾子稱為滾針。盡管具有較小的截面,軸承仍具有較高的負荷承受能力,因此,特別適用于徑向空間受限制的場合。<BR>滾針輪廓面在近端面處稍微收縮。滾針和滾道線接觸修正的結(jié)果可避免產(chǎn)生有破壞性的邊緣應力。<BR>除了型錄所列,可用于一般工程的軸承,如:敞開式?jīng)_壓外圈滾針軸承(1)、封閉式?jīng)_壓外圈滾針軸承(2)、具內(nèi)圈滾針軸承(3)和不具內(nèi)圈滾針軸承(4)外,SKF還可供應各種類型的滾針軸承,有:1、滾針保持架組件2、無擋邊滾針軸承3、自調(diào)心滾針軸承4、組合滾針/球軸承5、組合滾針/推力球軸承6、組合滾針/圓柱滾子推力軸承 <BR>沖壓外圈滾針軸承<BR>&nbsp; 沖壓外圈滾針軸承為具薄型沖壓成型外圈的滾針軸承。其主要特點是截面高度很低而承受負荷能力較高。主要用于結(jié)構緊湊、價格便宜且軸承箱內(nèi)孔不能作為滾針保持架組件滾道的軸承配置。軸承與軸承箱須以干涉配合方式安裝。若可省去箱肩、止動圈等軸向定位功能,那么,軸承箱內(nèi)孔可做得極簡單及經(jīng)濟。<BR>裝在軸端的沖壓外圈滾針軸承有雙側(cè)敞開式(1)和單側(cè)封閉式(2)。封閉沖壓外圈的基端面可以承受不大的軸向引導力。<BR>沖壓外圈滾針軸承一般不附內(nèi)圈。在軸頸無法淬硬和研磨的場合,可以采用表中所列內(nèi)圈。<BR>沖壓外圈滾針軸承的淬硬鋼板外圈與滾針保持架組件不可分離。儲存潤滑劑的自由空間可以延長補充潤滑間隔期。軸承一般采用單列設計。但較寬規(guī)格的軸承1522,1622,2030,2538和3038等系列除外,它們裝有二個滾針保持架組件。軸承外圈有潤滑油孔。根據(jù)用戶需要,軸直徑大于或等于7mm的所有單列沖壓外圈滾針軸承都可配備帶潤滑油孔的外圈(代號后綴AS1)。<BR>具油封沖壓外圈滾針軸承<BR>&nbsp; 在由于空間限制無法安裝油封之場合,可提供敞開端或封閉端具油封沖壓外圈滾針軸承(3至5)。這類軸承裝備聚氨酯或合成橡膠的摩擦式油封,其中充填具有良好防銹性能的鋰基滑脂,適用運行溫度-20至+100℃。<BR>&nbsp;
